HIKSVS Advisory Council

The Governance of HIVSVS is supported by an Advisory Council made up of highly experienced educationalists, all with strong ties to Sutton Valence School in the UK and an appreciation of excellence of education in an international partnership.
 
There are regular full board meetings and also separate committees for Finance, Education, Strategy, Personnel and Compliance.
 
The membership currently comprises
 
Mr Karl Yin – Chair and Founder of HIKSVS
Mr James Thomas – Headmaster at Sutton Valence School
Mrs Gillian Swaine – Chair of Governors at  Sutton Valence School
Mr Andrew Hutchinson – Governor and Chair of Finance Committee at Sutton Valence School
Mr Bruce Grindlay – Former Headmaster at Sutton Valence School
Mr Richard Green – Former Senior Leader at HIKSVS. He has oversight of Safeguarding procedures at HIKSVS.
Mr Roy Blackwell – Governor at Sutton Valence School. 
Mr Mark Scholey – Head of Prep School, Sutton Valence Preparatory School
 
Ms Gillian Lumsden also attend relevant meetings where appropriate

华兰萨顿督学委员会

该委员会将会定期举行全体会议，并对财务、教育、战略、人事等部门下设合规的独立委员会。

Richard Green先生——前华兰萨顿学校高级领导人。他负责监督华兰萨顿学校的安保程序。

Mark Scholey先生——萨顿瓦伦斯小学校长

Gillian Lumsden女士也会视情况参加相关会议。
