Leadership Introduction

We are developing young leaders of the future, during their formative years. In a rapidly changing and dynamic world of global values, business and cultural exchange, where at least 50% of pupils will work for themselves and have multiple careers, transferable leadership skills are vital to support their success. The best leaders will be the best learners for life.

We are, therefore, firm believers in creating opportunities to enable children to develop the appropriate skills.

These are embedded in our curriculum throughout the year groups. Indeed, by Year 8 our children will take on key positions of responsibility, such as prefect, sports captain, house captain or even take part in business and enterprise competitions. They are equipped for success as a result of being taught at every step of their school journey.

因此，我们坚持为孩子们制造各种机会，并由此培养他们的各类相应技能。这些机会体现在我们各个年龄段的课程设置中。升入初中后，我们的孩子就将有机会在校园中担任各种重要职位，如班长、体育队队长、学院代表，甚至参加各种模拟的商业和企业比赛。我们在学习旅程的各个阶段为学生传授丰富而又多样的知识，成为他们成功道路上的垫脚石。
